Dearly Beloved, after a considerable time spent in deep
meditation, which included virtual trips to certain temples in high up
mountains where I communed with creative monks, I have come up with the
rebooted version of the Tony Doe Radio Show.
It is a break from what was initially created and my mentors
insisted that if my plans are to make profit from all this expended energy, I
would have to compromise my lecturer stance.
Hence, I’ve done away with the boring bits, shortened the
show’s length and introduced recurring characters such as Ochuko (the
mischievous Warri-born Naija Chipmunk) and Corporal Osahon (The rifle wielding
scourge of the Highway Checkpoint).
The Tony Doe Radio Show (Reboot), is an audio collage of
comic skits (or sketches) and music!
The primary aim is to tickle you, even if na small!
Drawing on my love for comic sketches and what some have
said is my multiple personality disorder, I have recreated the Tony Doe Brand
and this time, e must to be… * in the D’prince’s
voice*
So my pipo, get ready for a hilarious ride!
