Remember the unfortunate story of the nurse who committed suicide after putting the prank call from two Australian deejays through to Kate Middleton's attending nurse? Word has just come that the Crown Prosecution Service will not press manslaughter charges against them. I was stunned to even read that charges were even being considered. Deejay Suspended for Mocking Caller with Down Syndrome

Another day, another radio host suspended. This time it's "Mo" from Q92 (WDJQ) in Canton, Ohio. Mo took a phone call from a woman with Down Syndrome. Kellie Baker says she mistakenly called the deejay. But, he jumped on her disability and poked fun at her.

Mo has since apologized on the air. The station issued a statement saying in part: "Q92 is participating in...an on-going awareness campaign to focus on the abilities, strengths, and talents of people who are developmentally disabled."
